Close to our house at half an hour's drive is the family ski area "Chalmazel". A ski area of 12 km of slopes open from December to April. There are also opportunities for snowkiting here!

Also fun is cross-country skiing on the Col du Supeyres , but you can also go snowshoeing here, a whole new way to experience nature.

The two biggest ski resorts are Super Besse Sancy Massif (85 km of slopes) and Super Lioran Massif du Cantal (60 km of slopes). These two areas are about 1 ½ hours' drive away and are well worth a visit.
